Not a lot of work required today after yesterday's really close shave and an earlier bathroom stint this morning.
1 Full pass and a touch up on the stubborn bits for a very nice finish.
A really nice lather from the OSP trial cream, the EJ Best badger is a bit floppy for face lathering, although it does whip up a nice bowl lather and works well as a face painter.
The CK Be is coming to an end.

Indeed I have. It always makes me giggle when someone copies the title from a previous SOTD, changes the dates and never bothers to change the ordinal suffix.

DE Shave #25

Even with the step up to the R3 plate the R6S feels so safe and comfortable to use. The shave was completely uneventful and the result is very satisfying.

Today’s SOTD was a fine, three-pass shave with my usual Saturday setup, this week with a Polsilver. It was a nice slow and relaxing way to start the morning; have a good start to the weekend, folks

Based purely upon recommendations on TSR bought the Hampshire Wool Fat soap. Being a fan of MWF, curious about this product. It's marvellous. Lovely lather, a smooth shave and a lovely post shave feel to the skin. As others have said - the scent dies off pretty quickly. Not an issue for me. All about the shaving performance. Top notch. Before the shaving gods strike me down, I promise to use a DE tomorrow :whistle:

Boy! That is an aggressive combination if you don't smooth it out with the angle ... very close shave in a single pass. Everything is better after a splash of VIBR!
