Greetings,

(Face & Head shave.)

(Parker InjRzr focus week)

A new shave set up to start the weekend...As i haven't gave much attention to the Parker InjRzr since it became a member of my humble injector razor collection, so i'll be doing a focus week.

The design of the injector razor is wonderful they are solidly built to hold the blade firm & rigid in the razor head with no movement making the shaving experience feel safe comfortable, and smooth with no blade chatter, and very easy to adjust to finding the right shaving angle....As i have mentioned before they are such comfortable smooth efficient shavers and are now my favourite shaving tools for head shaving.

As always the monsavon soap provided a luxurious protective slick lather...The monsavon au lait has to be one my favourite shaving soap to date. It's slick, protective and the post shave feeling it gives is superb making each shave a enjoyable pleasurable experience.

A close comfortable face & head shave with no errors to report...Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Kick ASB.

My face & precious swede are feeling silky smooth & smelling divine. ;)

Stay safe, and enjoy the start of the weekend ladies & gentlemen.

Soap Colonel Conk Almond
Brush Zenith 28mm Scrubby B14 Boar
Razor Henkels & Friodur 472
Aftershaves Stirling Witchhazel Lemon Chill + HA + PA + Reuzel Wood & Spice
Another wonderful lather from the soap. Light almondy scent and slick lather...
A nice enough shave with this razor. The edge was crisply keen, smooth, and comfortable. 3passes for a ccs finish. The aftershaves were good...

Which just goes to show you don’t have to spend a fortune,
I actually think this cream is a bit underrated, it’s as good as most out there but i guess it dosent have the word Artisan on it lol.
Last Shave for me in Norway i’m home tonight
only for a week to 10 days but hey ho.
Enjoy your weekend Boys
Stay Safe

Mug Soap and Mitchells May
Pre - Cold water face wash with Pears TO
Brush - Simpson Commodore X1
Soap - Mitchell's Wool Fat
Razor - ES Claymore V1
Blade - Feather Pro Guard
Post - Cold water Rinse, TC's infused Witch Hazel
Balm - Baxter's / Argan Oil home mixed Balm
A/S - Pashana
Wk 20 (1).JPG
A very nice early morning shave, The Pro Guard blade is well into double figures, it will get one more run out before it is retired.
The Little commodore whisked up a wonderful lather on the chin, 2 passes WTG then ATG for a comfortable BBS finish.
Finishing with, for me, a very old school Barbershop scent in the Pashana original.
Right then, i am ready for the day ahead.
Stay safe and enjoy your day All.

Razor: RazoRock Game Changer .68
Blade: Dorco Prime (2)
Brush: Boti NC 26mm
Soap: Signature Soaps Wicstun

20220514_080330.jpgBrian's soaps already come generously full but I added my travel tin if Wicstun to the new larger tub. It's quite literally filled to the brim now - like a jar of MdC!

Great smell and lather. Nice shave. Not sure on the Dorco Primes - I'll give them another go in a more assertive razor.

@LeeMaz - Snap!

Edit: Pasted twice somehow

Prep: Shower, Palmolive Olive Oil soap
Soap: Razorock Stallion
Brush: 24mm Yaqi Sagrada Familia Tuxedo
Razor: Parker 22R Interceptor
Blade: Gillette 7 o'clock Green (2)
Post: Goodfellas Smile Furiah ASL, Baxter's Balm

Couple of items from the back of the cabinet that pair beautifully. Another combo that deserves more face time to be honest, and I'll rectify that over the Summer I'm sure.

Brush: C&H 'Casanova' V11
Soap: PAA Speakeasy
Razor: Henckels Friodur 72-V
Post: PAA Speakeasy AS & EDP

Chilled shave this morning, plenty of time again so decided to treat myself, especially as it was the Mrs' turn to take the little one to dancing.

Nice and easy two pass for a smooth, but not BBS, finish. Perfectly acceptable for a day out at either Bodnant or Plas Newydd today followed by a Braai.

I did forget the beers though, shame on me!

Hope everyone has a cracking day!

Cheers

Marc

Loving the Wicstun and @BrianH ’s base is second to none. Can’t wait to try my new one!

Saturday:

Final run out for the personna blade, I think 4 outings is enough as it started dragging a little.

I've given the Fine Barber Blue another run out before I go into rotation again, or the matching splash arrives for the Shibusa2 soap.

Dunno why I didn't just buy it when I got the soap! I can just hear the guys at shaving station saying that the knob-head could've saved them some postage! Well sorry if they did, but I didn't realise how nice the Shibusa2 would niff until it arrived!

Great start to the weekend
