Happy Belated Anniversary mate you you & your new man had a great day.
Wow what a way to start a rumour :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Thursday Morning ...

Decided to have another go with the Fatip this morning and I think this razor is definitely amongst the more aggressive I own if not the most aggressive. It takes a little longer than normal to align the blade but then it gets going nicely. Fancied trying an Indian Astra Green today with it which certainly mows through the growth easily enough. What I like about this razor is that when you have the angle wrong you get open comb style teeth marks on the shaving soap which helps me as a beginner sort my angle out.

Today's soap comes kindly from @Sandpaper (Cheers Abs) and is the Goodfellas Smile Royal Lime. These soaps for anyone who has not used them give great lathers and superb slickness. Their consistency is almost a mush - neither hard not soft - but they are absolute winners. I enjoyed the lime scent here today and have been wanting to try this for a while.

The alum block said in a loud voice that cutting had taken place today and so will rest the face now for a couple of days and switch to a milder razor for a day or two.

Enjoy your Thursday...

Is that a GOLD razor?

lovely stuff. it just smells purely of menthol from the tub but there is a bit of an orange scent in the lather and on the skin after the shave. the menthol isn't too strong and burny, just nice and cool and refreshing. performance was great. I might keep using this till it or the current heatwave is done.

there's menthol crystals in the lemon aftershave and the balm/gel I used too. it's definitely the time of year for it.
