Wednesday shave

Three day's growth and warm shave

Preparation – Showered then face washed with Dove Shower Body Wash

Soap: Crabtree & Evelyn West Indian Lime Cream
Razor: Merkur 34C
Blade: Shark SS (4th)
Brush: RazoRock 400 (face lather)

Post Shave: Hot then cold water rinse, Nivea 2 Phase, then Crabtree & Evelyn West Indian Lime AS

Fell out of bed and dragged my carcass to the shower. That did nothing to wake me so faced the shave – not thinking I reused the Shark SS thinking I was on use two (actually four). Then . . .

Three effortless passes and no crimson. Still had the funny audio on the shave, but still finished as smooth as a Xenomorph's head.

Wonderful shave today thanks to the SOC which whipped up a huge amount of lather, far more than required for my two pass shave. I used it all, none the less, making up for yesterday's somewhat disappointing shave.

I was very pleasantly surprised with just how well this cheap Chinese Razor performed. It is no Weishi and it is no Gillette. At my age I am pretty certain I will not be around to enjoy it in 60 years time....so for here and now....it produced a perfect 3 pass shave without requiring any additional work
