He did not mention the hung drawn and quartering that takes place before death, if you lose a treasured razor which might be irreplaceable.
Great pic Wayne.SOTD: 31/07/17

Brush: Maseto 26mm Silvertip Barber Handle
Razor: Merkur 34c HD
Blade: Gillette 7oclock yellow #1
Soap: Caties Bubbles Irish Coffee
Post: BBA Balm
Scent: Thierry Mugler Amen* Pure Coffee
For a rather damp and dreary day here I decided to go all out coffee for this evenings shave.
The Merkur was the beginning of the DE world for me (Thank you @patw , I have you to blame) and the rabbit hole that followed, I feel I have somewhat neglected it due to recent pass arounds and acquisitions.
I can appreciate this razor even more now I have a better technique than when I first started.
Paired up with the Gillette 7o'clock combating two days growth, I have had a very comfortable BBS 3 pass shave with a few touch ups.
This razors heavy weight and balance is outstanding and very forgiving. No cuts, nicks, weepers or burns.
I now know why it is considered to be up there as one of the best start up DE razors on the market.
Caties Bubbles Irish Coffee scent is pungent and lasts throughout the shave.
Whipped up and face lathered using the fabulous Maseto 26mm I was thrilled with its slickness and cushion.
BBA Balm and a generous spray of Amen* I feel relaxed and smelling good.
Enjoy your shaves!
Wayne.
PS: Have I ever told you that I like coffee?

That's very good of you Wayne, I don't think I could be that easy to pacify , prolonged tourture and then death would be called for!I'd have settled for maiming @Rob....An eye or an arm would have pacified me.
