Saturday 13th June...

Today's was a fairly eclectic gathering of suspects. Picked up this Gabri shaving soap during the week for next to nothing. It lathers up very well and doesn't quite have the same potency of smell that comes with Arko thank goodness. Not bad at all. Going to use this more.

The Schick was nice and crisp with the Personna blade only being on its #2 outing and gave an easy finish to the shave.

Shavette (RK Pro Edge #1 half blade) went well again with a small cut on the left hand side of my mouth. Most of my issues appear to be on the left - particularly around the mouth - so I'm going to spend time now making sure I'm as comfortable on that side as I am on my right.

Enjoy your weekend
Mark

Saturday's Cold Water Shave

Cold Water Rinse
Williams Mug Shave Soap
Jayaruh #425 Synthetic
Treet Single Edge Razor
Personna Gem PTSE Blade
CWR
Brut After Shave

I started with the cold water rinse. The Williams lathered well with the Jayaruh #425. I did one quick pass with the Treet Single Edge Razor with a Personna Gem PTSE Blade. After a cold water rinse, I finished with Brut After Shave. I am now clean, smooth, and refreshed.

Aftershave: Issey Miyake Dupe.

Notes: A nice refreshing shave this warm day.
The Tech have me a fabulous shave.
Noice.

Anticipating the arrival of my Merkur 34 Adjustable, I thought that I would have a practice run using my Razorock Game changer.

First pass, WTG, I used the 76 plate. 4.5 days growth. Plus a new Bolzano Superinox blade.

Then, for the second ATG pass, I switched to the 68 plate.

All in all, I think that it was quite successful.

I lathered up using 50/50 TSR Almond and Proraso Red.

The second pass was very comfortable indeed. Totally non aggressive.
