Weds 25 February
Aleppo Soap
Lord L625 with Maggard Handle
Fiat Lux Flexor Blade
Mühle Travel Brush - STF
TGS Royal Lime
Witch Hazel
Pinaud Lime Sec

Nice blade. Initially a bit rough but was v smooth by time of my ATG pass. I think it’ll be super smooth for shave 2. Not a patch on the Brazilian Wilkinson Swords, but still a pretty good blade. These blades seem to be Chinese made and imported into Brazil by ‘Swedish Match’

Overall Rating: ★★★☆☆ (Solid Shave)
Smoothness: ★★★★☆ (Very Smooth)
Irritation: ★☆☆☆☆ (Zero Burn)

Time of Day: Evening
Blade Uses: 1
Passes: 2

Razor: Merkur 34C
Blade: Treet New Edge
Soap: Mitchell's Mitchell's Wool Fat Tallow.
Brush: Highlander TSR LE2023 Two Band Badger knot
Pre-Shave: Mr Myrsol Emulsion
Aftershave: Myrsol Masaie Antesol

Notes: I find the 34c just a tad too mild for my personal taste. I think Razorock improved it with the Goat, for me anyway.
The Myrsol Antesol is fantastic and feels very refreshing on the skin with a great after feel for the rest of the night.
A very enjoyable two pass face shave.

Enjoy the evening everyone.

I only used my Techmatic a few years ago to celebrate the moon landings if I recall.
I've always looked down at Techmatic. It was just an another cartridge razor, with too much plastic in it. Just after I discovered the connection with the Apollo Program, I bought a couple of them. Amazing good shavers, though. I didn't expect that.

IMG_7712.jpegLove this stuff possibly my all time favourite cream.
The performance is indisputable and the scent reminds me of my once a week sunday night bath for school with Imperial leather.
The only product in the world you can use & the sticker is untouched at the end, infact there’s no soap left but a small imperial leather sticker is there right to the death lol :ROFLMAO:
Two passes was plenty but i went with three anyway, There was far to much soap left to give up so i was basically shaving fresh air but hey everyone to their own
Enjoy your night boys n girls

Pre shave: Hot shower and Neutrogena glycerin soap bar
Razor: Gillette Ball end Old type
Blade: Feather (5)
Brush: Yaqi Sigrada Familia 24mm synthetic
Soap: Stirling Barbershop
Post shave: Stirling Barbershop aftershave balm

A second effortlessly efficient shave from this old beauty.
Blade feel for days and almost a ring to the feedback, but with careful handling, it mows through whiskers like nobody's business.

Barbershop by Stirling for the soap today purely because it's, its turn on the rotation but it seemed quite fitting to have such a classic scent ( and what a scent) to go with this razor.

Finished off with the matching aftershave balm for a great soothing finish and silky smooth skin feel.

Have a great Wednesday!
