The Proraso Shave Soap was face-lathered well with Jayaruh #119 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette NEW Short Comb Razor and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Mennen Skin Bracer After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

If you love Mr Taylor’s you’ll love Grafton Cologne by Truefitt and Hill as it is almost identical, however Grafton is more animalistic and presents as a more refined version of Mr Taylor’s plus it lasts all day, which is handy as Mr Taylor’s is good but tends to dissipate after an hour or two which is the only thing that lets it down. T&H do everything but a hard soap in the Grafton range, very tempting indeed. If you ever get the chance to get a bottle of Grafton let me know as would be interested to hear your thoughts.

Seeing what a bottle of Grafton costs, I’ll be sticking with Spitfire! Damn shame Quorum has gone or I’d have been fine with that for even less.

I got mine from a barbershop, they were selling bottles for £30 a pop. I thought I’d hit the jackpot, went back the next day for more to discover they’d made a mistake, I was gutted and wish I’d brought them all the day before :ROFLMAO:

well it always is lol.
Here’s a name from the past a lot of you won’t know.
i picked up two tubs from the bay and im unsure if these are vintage or 1990’s i think the latter but only a guess.
The cream has dried out but gave a cracking lather which exploded on to the brush,
A seriously great cream that lathers better than most.
I haven’t used my Oren in a while and on this shave iv really missed it so i’ll continue to use it until i head back to Norway.
Same as the rest of the week two passes was enough.
Onwards & Upwards
