A nice bit of Sink time on Str8 shave Sunday with the 1st of my Kropp pair.
With the pup i had decided to give up my "job" at the stadium, Mrs TC is off work this weekend so i will watch the match down the club with a few pints.

The WSP Formula T Pumpkin Pie Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #1 Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Darwin-Stoll Jr. 3D Lather Catcher with a Personna SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Aqua Velva After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Hope you’re all having a restful bank holiday weekend gents.

I was expecting the arrival of an old L’Occitane Cade I’d found online only to discover despite the ingredients being similar that it predates Cade and smells more like MWF, according to @pjgh and AI it’s circa early 2000’s. We’re heading into Autumn so have dusted off the GFT Astor cologne, what a scent.

A wonderful relaxing sunday shave.
I decided to shave earlier than normal and it went like a dream.
Getting a decent lather from these soaps can be a task but this was one of the best iv had.
Saying that it certainly wasn’t meringue like however it was perfectly acceptable.
I have good days & bad days and i feel the same with aggressive razors.
Some days they are fine other days a nightmare,
Today was an in between.
sometimes i wonder why i persevere
saying that the shave wasn’t to bad at all but certainly not my usual bbs.

Think I've decided this is about #10 for this blade now. The Jewel gave a dream of a shave as always. Don't know why I don't use this all the time

Used this Gentleman's luxury shaving soap and went with the vintage Imperial Leather to finish. Lovely.

The little Berkeley brush goes from strength to strength producing ample amounts of lather for a great two pass shave.
The Gillette with a Treet blade was not as smooth as it could be, but, I still had a close enough shave to be happy. Pretty good stuff from a fairly well used and unrestored Fatboy.
