Some British inks in the mail today

So far I think my favourite Diamine is Ancient Copper, it's lovely.

Took receipt of some Diamine Majestic Purple to try out in my Jinhao X750 + Zebra G nib 'Frankenpen'. Have had some railroading issues initially and the top of the nib is still hydrophobic despite multiple cleanings but it's eased out a bit. Slower writing + breaks at intervals seems to be working for ink-flow. Trying my hand at something entirely alien to me in the picture... Copperplate. As can be seen, much practice required! It's strange getting used to the scratchiness of the pen on this paper. Fun all the same!
