Soap to Bowl what do you use ?

Hi All

Curious for those who bowl lather , what do you use to get the soap from it's container to the bowl ?

I use hard puck soap, that I put in my soap thingy, and I lather on top of the puck.

I usually face lather, but when I do bowl lather I load my brush on the soap, in whatever container it came in or I've put it in, then build the lather in the bowl.

I used to face lather, but this past week have bowl lathered and think it makes much better lather.
I load the soap on my brush and make the lather in the bowl. Every few seconds I scrape the brush gently on the edge of the bowl, as the lather seems to make itself within the brush! I suppose I finish off face lathering as I paint the lather on my face.

A 50p or 20p piece if you're UK based, works well.

Finger if the soap is soft, wooden spatula if it's hard.

I use a teaspoon to transfer a large almond size snurdle to the bowl if using cream. If using hard soap I load about 25 seconds on the puck.
