So recently I was PIF'ed a shavette razor, I've tried a few times to shave with it but I just don't seem to get on with it. I really thought I would like it but I seem to prefer just reaching for a DE instead.
Is it something that will come in time? is it just because I haven't practiced enough? Or is it thst some guys faces are just not adaptable to a shavette?
I'm not sure! I really want to enjoy using a shavette so I could get a 'nice' cut throat later...
Or do I hang it up on the display so it's nice to look at and just keep rotating the DE's?
Hang it on your wall and warn your kids to never, ever use one unless they know their blood group! So recently I was PIF'ed a shavette razor, I've tried a few times to shave with it but I just don't seem to get on with it. Hello. I am a 4th generation barber in my family business. My advice, if you would like, is to put away those useless shavette razors and buy a Feather Club Artist razor and pair it with the Shick Proline P30's. I use these every day, 6 days a week and they are a “cut†above the rest!So recently I was PIF'ed a shavette razor, I've tried a few times to shave with it but I just don't seem to get on with it. What's the difference between Schick Prolinr P30's and Feather Professional blades? Ive never tried the Schick ones.Hello. I am a 4th generation barber in my family business. As always YMMV....but generally the Prolines are cheaper, smoother, and as sharp. The number after the P is an indication of the number of blades in the cassette. The Proline P blades can be bought in packs of either 20 or 30What's the difference between Schick Prolinr P30's and Feather Professional blades? Ive never tried the Schick ones.
