Just watching Snake Underworld on National Geographic Channel.
Boy are there some nutters out there ! It's all about people in the USA keeping venomous snakes as pets. Out of interest one of the places is on line and the sell Rattlesnakes for as little as $35 (£22). Obviously they don't ship to the U.K. thankfully.

Hardly cuddly and hard to see why you would want to keep something so dangerous. To top it off someone is injecting Black Mamba venom in an attempt to make himself immune. MAD !!!!
