It's nice to see the old fashioned sense of style is not dead, picture or not, keep looking like a gentleman when smoking your cigars in your smoking room.If I can figure out how to take, save, and post pictures.
It's nothing fancy, the classic ‘ New Yorker ‘ style.
Satin burgundy with black shawl collar and cuffs. Robe style with sash close.
Medium weight, perfect for early spring.
I doubt I'd have the skills for it. But if I did, I would probably make one with red satin, diamond tuck stitching and blackView attachment 52874

Thank you. A lot of people have forgotten that these ‘luxury' items also serve a practical purpose as well. It's nice to see the old fashioned sense of style is not dead, picture or not, keep looking like a gentleman when smoking your cigars in your smoking room.P.
I didn't know that was a real business, I just remembered it from Seinfeld, not that there's anything wrong with that.Check out the J. Peterman catalog for that kinda thing tastefully done. No idea if the current version's offering a smoking jacket but I would bet something(s) would grab your interest. Heh, it's mailed to me and I always have to at least look.
I've been using their 1903 shaving cream for about 10 years and recently reordered. Great classy scent and better than average performance.
So I'll check out Peterman, thanks for the tip. Giddy Up!
