shaving shop in manchester?

hi all,

i live in manchester and someone elsewhere said that there is a tobacconists possibly in the royal exhange arcade or barton arcade that also sells quality shaving gear. does anyone know of it or another quality shaving shop in manchester? thanks
 
The only shop I know is the one in Barton Arcade but be careful it is very expensive compared to online retailers even after adding PP

do you know its name? any idea of prices?
 
I have seen it also.. cannot remember the name of it, but it is a tabbacconists. They have a selection of merkurs and Parker razors, and some taylor creams - dont know about prices. If you are in town.. worth a look I guess.

im going into town with the wife on saturday so might see if i can find it
