Shavemac

i just wanted to let you lot know about the experience i've just had when dealing with Shavemac.

i suppose in a way it follows on from Fido's investigations into the whole Rooney thing and vendors attitude to customers

when i was a member of Barbeque + Bullets there was a frenzy over mainly Simpson and Rooney brushes, long story short i went for a Shavemac instead, this one with a 23mm knot

i actually bought this brush about 10 months ago and never used it  what with all the other gear i had.
when it first arrived the bloom was a bit off, but i put this down to the way it was lying in transit.
after one use though it was clear that this was a badly mis-shapen knot :(

i contacted Bernd at Shavemac and to be honest i wasn't expecting much as it was that long since i bought it but he asked me to send it back for him to look at

well i now have a new Shavemac to replace the faulty one :D

i honestly can't say enough good things about Herr Blos, his communication and the way he dealt with me

above and beyond

Bernd Blos is one of the TOP vendors in my opinion.I have three Shavemac silver tips and each one is superbly made.I ordered the basic brush stand and received the de-luxe model for the same price, also he was very helpful with my queries.Summarising ,a pleasure to do business with.
