Hi everyone, so had my second shave today.
Was hoping a my shaving soap would be here today but alas the snow has messed post up in Sheffield quite badly.
So almost exact same as previous day post.
Weishi 2003-m razor
Generic Boar Brush
Palmolive Stick - grated down into a container this time
Nivia Aftershave moisturiser - decided to add this at end due to dry face last time.
Did not bother with AS this time, would have used my old spice if I did.
So decided, after getting advice in my current thread in Soap forum, to try lathering in my palm, so gave a four second rub with a moist brush, actually lathered really well, got lovely thick white lather to give me a lovely soappy beard for both passes.
First pass with the grain, again I probably did not stretch enough, and noticed the main area i do not get a very close shave is either side of my jaw neck area due to shape.
Second pass across grain gave a much closer shave, got 2 small nick cuts on my chin, one second with a septic stick took care of.
Overall happy I tried to lather more on this run then last shave, made a very cool feeling on my skin.
Aftershave balm/moisturiser is a needed with my skin.
Got a couple of samples coming from Briallen in next week or so which I look forward to trying very much.
