I concur, I've recently placed an order, got confirmation it was dispatched a couple of hours later. Today received an e-mail apologising saying wrong item sent. Hey mistakes happen. But they have sent out correct item which has been upgraded to next day delivery. Was told I could keep the wrong item. Advised I would return it as it's a £40+ item, Anthony insisted I keep it. I'm blown away & hats off to Anthony & his team.
