If you look at your mail using a Web Browser then all is good. The emails are missing for some other reason.I'm using BT internet's email, wich seems to use Yahoo Mail. I'm afraid I don't understand some of your terminology, so I'm presuming that answers your question.
Cheers, that's what I thought you must have meant. I've repeatedly checked the Spam folder but there's nothing in there.If you look at your mail using a Web Browser then all is good. The emails are missing for some other reason.
If you look at them using a mail tool such as Outlook, Microsoft Mail, Mac Mail etc. Then you might not be seeing the provider's 'Junk' folder.
Yahoo call the folder 'Spam'. The bottom line here is to look at your mail using your web browser to be certain that there is nothing in 'Spam' as shown there.
