Am I right in thinking that's the fairly expensive one?

Cheers JohnnyO, hopefully I'll get to the bottom of it, when I used the canned goo I always used sensitive, can't remember now though if there was a reason or if it was preference.

It's not ridiculously expensive and the AoS stuff is generally pretty well regarded. Worth it as well if it eliminates any problems you might have.

Henk, you state that you can't be allergic to oils, so am I right in thinking EO would be ok? Like the mama bears that use only essential oils?

No. Common misunderstanding. WIth oils I here specifically meant triglycerides, i.e. food oils (olive oil, tallow, sunflower oil, that kind of stuff). This is chemically entirely different from essential oils. So no allergy to triglycerides, but one or more of the EOs could very well be the culprit.

BTW, EOs aren't any better in this regard than FOs (fragrance oils = synthetic fragrances); in fact EOs are more often allergenic than FOs...
