As Fozz and I said above, as boar hair goes this is a cut above. I can't remember (or be bothered to check) the price of the 2009LE - not cheap - but it's not a purchase I've ever regretted. On the whole badger is usually better in my opinion, but then again there are people who object to to it on animal welfare grounds, probably with some justification. This knot is as good an alternative as you're likely to find.
Could very well be right, i might be trying to find fault where there isn't any. I do love the brush and it is my best one to date.
Perhaps im just looking for an excuse to buy this one :angel:
But anyway im swinging this one a miss, it's a bit too rich for my blood.
