A few years ago I purchased a Schick Razor thinking it was a Type N. I tried to get blades to fit but no luck. Looking on the web I came across some Ultrex blades which arrive today. Will try it out as a Travel Razor, I do like its looks.

While looking today for cheaper source of blades , it appears that around 2018 a Super 11 plus was introduced !!, and being sold via Yaqi amongst others. I wonder if avid Cart users have tried this one out.

That's an original Super II from the 70's, they released later versions. The non pivoting Super II is still available in Germany and Japan as the Super II or Duplo.

In the late seventies, Schick introduced the pivoting Super II Ultrex or Pivot Plus in Europe to compete with the Gillette Atra/Contour. The pivoting Super II is still produced by Schick in China which competes with the Vector.

The Pivoting Contact/Ultrex Plus is still available in Germany, Japan and Australia.

How do they Shave compared with the Original ?

Today I used a Chinese version of the Schick Super 11 plus. I found that it worked best for me with very short no pressure strokes, and attained a rather good close all round finish, Be interested to see how long a Cart lasts, looks as though could be good as a Travel Razor.
