Nearing the end of Open Comb shaving for October, 11 different razors during the month.
This is the second Single Ring I've used this month. This one is part of a combination set and is marked with British Patent No and a serial No on the handle E 295135 I'm guessing dates it to the 1910 - 1912 period, the British numbers differ from the US ones, no direct comparison.
The shave was wonderful, efficient and with a very shallow angle and care it delivered a very clean shave. Two more shaves and then I'll give my other razors SB and OC an outing during November changing the styles around a bit.

This razor suits me, very nice comfortable shave. Got !914 today, in travel form,
very short smooth handle.Looks a bit daunting with a blade loaded. Maybe next week.
Spun the brush on the top of the stick to load it and then palm lathered. Haven't use Tabac for ages, and I'd forgotten how good it is. The stick is quite an old one and the scent has calmed a bit and was actually pleasant rather than "take it or leave it".
