Morning all

Wednesday 27th November

Brush: NF Tubby 2
Cream: TOBS Rose
Razor: Schick L Type
Blade: Personna (3)
Post: Witch Hazel

A close and comfortable shave. I always seem to have trouble with the second lathering. The first pass lather is great, but once I set the brush down and then pick up again for the second it's like the lather has sunk down into the brush and dissipated. A squeeze of the knot left me with enough to finish off my two pass shave, and all was well. I think I need more product, less water, or indeed both.

Only with this cream may I add.

Wednesday

Mitchell's Wool Fat
Semogue SOC Boar
Slim Adjustable
Sputnik
Indian Old Spice AS

Really nice shave. The MWF and Semogue are a great combination. If I had to pick one soap to use for ever I think it'd be MWF. However I don't have to pick just one, so I've got loads!

Gilllette Tech (birth year razor T2 - 1973)
Polsilver SI (1)
pur tech
palmolive soap
Speick aftershave splash
quiksilver A/S balm

great shave - the razor is very light but the combination with SI made for a smooth comfortable shave with no nicks or soreness. Im very pleased with this razor so I'm going to run with it for a while soap performed to it's usual standard

Cold splash

Same set-up as yesterday... but it was a winning combination, just had to dial the Progress down to suit one-day growth.
But... that cold splash is getting bloody cold... roll on Summer.

Hope to be reporting back on first shave with the Digress tomorrow... it's in the post!
