A couple of shaves in, and I must admit that I’m quite liking this razor.
The build quality is particularly nice and I really like the way the washer fits perfectly in the baseplate, so much so that it’s pretty much redundant. It shows how well it has been machined.
I also like the raised R on the base of the handle - again a nice touch which is somewhat different to the norm.
First shave in a few days today and, yet again, this razor didn’t disappoint.
It mowed down 4 days worth of stubble with ease in one pass (my usual second pass was only necessary for a touch up). It’s definitely more efficient than the blade gap suggests.
I’m really liking this razor and will be sad to see it leave when I’ve finished using it.
Head shaving is next on the agenda. I usually find that this is a good test of a razor, so I’m really looking forward to try it in this role.
Face and head shaves both done this afternoon -----> LINK
As others have said, it's mid but efficient and the lack of weight doesn't help, but a very close and decent shave with a few weepers, but nothing excessive.
Just out of the bathroom having had the second face shave with the razor. This shave was better than the last; I felt I hit the shaving angle better and a double first pass and an against pass was all that was needed. It's certainly efficient and handled the stubble with ease, and you get sound nice audible feedback from the blade, so you know it's doing its job.
My last shave with the Titan and I've enjoyed it; I've heard nothing from the next two people on the list, so I'll keep hold of it til someone @Boycie83 tells me what to do with it.
