recommend some good cheap colognes/aftershaves?

hey so I'm after some lemon cologne like the ones the turkish barbers use,
so I was wondering can you recommend some good cheap colognes/aftershaves?

I know some wet shavers get satisfaction in spending a lot but I love bargain hunting tbh so yea open to all suggestions

can someone please correct me but is this the lemon cologne the turkish barbers use?

Lidl's whole range of aftershaves and colognes are good value.

They have clones of Dior Sauvage, Boss Bottled & One Million to name a few.

M&S used to have some good cheapies too, copies of D&G The One, Issey Miyake, Dior Eau Sauvage etc but I think they've all been reformulated or discontinued in recent years.

Not tried it personally, only had it spayed over me at my local Turkish Barbers - Fonex Gummy cologne/aftershave. Loads on evil bay.

Florida Water, old-school stuff and about £6 on Amazon or ebay, Citrucy - tick, loads of alcohol - tick, refreshing - tick, last well for a citrusy cologne - tick.

Álvarez Gómez won't break the bank and is lemony sweet, more Spanish than Turkish but I rather like going about smelling like a Madrid lemon meringue pie!!

To answer the actual question, the following brands are the leading Turkish Kolonyas: Rebul, Bogazici, Selin, Duru, Eyüp Sabri Tuncer, Pereja, and Akcay.

I prefer Rebul.

I have tried a few upmarket Turkish Kolonyas, but then they are no longer inexpensive.

The above Kolonyas are less expensive when bought in a 5 litre container.

finally got around to ordering, got this not bad for two @ 400ml each too


i really want to try out aqua velva, never used it
