Noted and thanks for the tip!Shaves great but the handle it comes with is slippery when wet. I am using a Maggard bamboo SS handle.View attachment 48170
Why use DE blades snapped in half as Shark among others already make half blades....RazoRock have come up with an SE that uses halved DE blades. Looks a bit like the Hawk, and comes in pretty colours, plus loading seems more straightforward than others.

A larger selection and more cost effective. Why use DE blades snapped in half as Shark among others already make half blades....
I have had 3 good shaves using a 7 O'Clok yellow. I had considered buying a black SS handle but will put that on hold for a while. The extra weight might be a little too much. Its a doddle to load and VERY efficient. I don't have what I would consider razor burn.....but AS or Alum do give more of a 'tingle'.Update!
I tried the razor with half a Feather DE blade this morning. It was certainly better that the Polsilver. Did it give as good a shave as my Hawk yes it did, was it as smooth a shave I'm afraid not. The alum block was stinging as it passed over my face!
I think it will improve as I get used to it. We'll see.
I never posted a direct head to head....in fact I must dig mine out. I was not overly impressed. It certainly shaves....but at a price. Razor burn was an issue I couldn't get round. For me the Katana looks vicious but isn't while the Eco doesn't...but is!Did anyone actually compare RazoRock ECO with Yaqi Katana? What do you think? Thanks.
Pressure.....pressure!!!Thanks! Looking forward to your review.
