Daz McG got the Razorine side handle one, not the Flatboy. John June sells them in the UK and does special editions. I am sure he did a video about it, where he says a bit about them.

I got mine a few days ago. Originally, I was a bit cautious because of the comparisons to the R41, which I never was able to use without blood loss. Well, what a terrific surprise. It shaves very smoothly, efficiently and without irritation. I had zero issues. It's a great razor.

Bought mine from John June. Surprisingly smooth and very effective. Very fun razor not like anything else. So loud so you can find an angle only by hearing.

You lot are giving me FOMO! And if I escape from here I end up on JJShaves FB page. And I only got into DE as a fallback for when I had insufficient time for straight razor shaves. Can someone please tell me I'll hate it?!

Another level of efficiency. Closer than Blackbird. Actually shaves closer than everything I own. I have about 40 razors most of them very efficient.

not used the blackbird so cant really compare but it defo does look efficient
