I'm inclined to sat R89 & M34 head copies. I recall those handles from maybe 8 or 10 years ago, popular on eBay as handles were not all that common to come by and outfits like Razorock had not come fully up to speed.

The heads could be legit. For the Muhle-like, if there's a shield on the inside of the baseplate it's an Edwin Jagger or a number on the underside of the cap it'll be a Muhle. The Merkur-like, dunno. Custom handles kinda scream cheaper sourced heads.
