He died from injuries sistained in a horrific accident at Sepang Malaysia. A great rider to watch and a character to boot.

Indeed, a bit freakish the way his bike didn't slide.

Bikes are my prefered motorsport to watch because they truely put their lives on the line. RIP

very sad....i was about 6 metres away from Phil Haslem had his neck severed at Olivers Mount at Scarborough...ended me with bikes
