Notice no domain name (or e symbol) on the fanged bar stick (right) placing it somewhere in the 1990s. The straight bar stick has both the e symbol (came in end of 1990s) and boots.com (c.2004 once wrestled from previous owner) ... Boots were wellbeing.com from the early 2000s until they got the boots.com domain name.

I think Boots kit was somewhat underrated.

I have one of these i bought c 2015 and i only used it once as i recall, but it lathered up well and gave a nice shave.

Its now sat in the deep archive and will probably never get used again... :ROFLMAO:

I've got a few of the Old English Lavender bowls and sticks and only one of the black plastic lidded shaving soaps.
At the time (c. 2010) I didn't think much of it as it required a lot of water to use. Didn't really occur to me that was a benefit cost-wise.

I found this link on Etsy to a Canadian seller: https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/892403184/old-english-lavender-shaving-soap ... and another one here in white: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/159...how_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_details ... and brown: https://www.etsy.com/uk/listing/139...how_sold_out_detail=1&ref=nla_listing_details

The Knight logo in the middle is different and there's no "Boots" anywhere ... we might be looking at this the wrong way around as I have it in mind that the Boots Old English Lavender was simply a private label of another producer - maybe Potter & Moore. Either way, seems your bowl is probably also an alternative private label of the same producer. The script is much the same. No other indication of brand.

... bit more searching around and I also found a bottle of hair cream with a knight on the label. That pointed to Canada, too. Guess it's a Canadian thing?
