question about BST

Hi,

I'm very new to TSR, so sorry if this is the wrong place to enquire. I am from the UK so I imagine I'll definitely use the BST forum in the future. I was just wondering how do you qualify with the 30 posts, are these posts/threads created by the user or are they comments/replies also. Any help is much appreciated.
