Prison Razor

Yes I have seen them before, although that one looks pristine. I got one of the ones that a guy on B&B got a bucket of and got a key made for it. It is essentially a tech in terns of its head but it is a collector item more then it is practical. Mins has the inmate number scratched onto the top of it from the mental or prison where they came from.
