Point led / leading

I'm sure I read on here that someone praised someone else for the advice "point led" or something similar being the best advice they ever got re straight shaving. I'm now caught in that loop where the more I search for that post the more I see posts I've already checked and it's driving me mad! Is there a piece of advice out there which will turn my straight shaving newbie experiences around and have me on the way to better straight shaves.
