PMs sitting in the Outbox

I *think* they appear in your outbox rather than a "sent" folder - but I could be talking ex-anus...

I thought that at first but there is both a Sent Items folder which shows the PMs I have sent and an Outbox folder which has these two most recent PMs sitting there. Just like MS Outlook these appear to be pending. I'm not sure how to force a send/receive - or even if I can.

Maybe the recipient has a full box or is not accepting PMs...
edit: Just sent one to you and it's in "outbox" - perhaps it stays there until you read it?

You replied (so must have read it) and it's now in "sent"...
