What's this 'Shaver's Permit' thing all about?

It was ye olde fundraiser, a bit like how folks get sponsored to shave their head for charity, except it was essentially a beard growing comp that you had to pay to NOT participate in. See below.

So they had to pay to have a shave, and pay for shaving supplies. The beardies should have to pay depending on length of beard. A fiver an inch should cover it.
