Wonder where the stone came from to build those buildings, that harbour? Perhaps the Helman tor area, as shown in your earlier photo...

There are quite a few old granite quarries on Bodmin moor, so maybe from there.
Helman tor was a Neolithic settlement around 5000 years ago but I don't think it was ever worked as a quarry, a very intresting place.
The rope store and other parts of the harbour at Charlstown were used for the filming of the very popular Poldark television drama.

4+ mile walk home from the eye clinic. I couldn't really see what was going on so I thought I'd grab a pic to look at when the drops wore off. I anchored it on the white blob of the extremely tempting public house, couldn't hack the idea of being half blind in a pub though
