It's very likely as you say, just a casual intruder.
The prescribed method that I follow at work is to trap them in a plastic container and put them in the freezer overnight to put them to sleep.
We often find them in fly killer units (mostly in warehouse areas) - plenty of flying insects for them to feast on!

Yes, @Digimonkey has posted lot's of this kind of Spanish street art, all very interesting and most of them are free of tag's from other artists with a spray can in his or her backpack!!!I would like to know as well. Ironically the rabbit is also saying "I don't understand".
They have some brilliant graffiti in Spain.
One I saw many years ago was a television with a hand coming out of the screen holding a brain.
