Parat or Rocket?

Hi folks, won this on evil bay earlier. Can you tell me is it a Parat or a British Rocket?

He was asked in the questions if the tto knob is the same diameter as the handle, and answers that it is, so I'd say it is a parat.

Is the Parat equal or better than the Rocket in your opinions? Lovely looking razor I thought.

The Parat is a rocket but for the German market, it just has a thinner tto knob compared to the traditional rocket.
