They used to make a bowl soap, but I'm assuming the sticks were more popular so that's the route they took.
Don't think they have stopped making it. Just think Tesco are stopping selling it.This the fourth time that these have been discontinued, I expect the fifth will be in the next year or two.

My local Tesco had these for 35p each today. Looks like they are discontinuing them. Was sorely tempted to buy the lot. Decided against it as I have enough soaps and creams to last me 10 years.
They‘re stick available in Superdrug @75p each. I bought a couple there yesterday
whats the scent lone I tried 3 years ago smelled like irish spring bar soap. Cant remember the lather being great.
I used one for the first time today and was so impressed by the ease of use and amount of lather, I popped down to Wilko and bought another 6 sticks at 75p each!Wilko stores have Palmolive Sticks, they had 20 in stock, I bought 8.

I rubbed it on my wet face ATG and then face lathered - as I was away for the weekend without a bowl. But it was all very easy.I think that they are a very good product, they work well and are low priced, I have seen people rub the stick on their face and lather up from there, rub the brush on the stick, I put a pound coin sized slice in a bowl and lather up, all work well.
There is also a bit of nostalgia for me, doing things the old way, my father used them many years ago.
