Ok, here in this forum, pretty much the majority of the members including myself agree that the Palmolive shaving cream and the soap stick are good performers and good value for money.
The subject I don't/can't understand; why do they market the normal version in different packaging in other countries and why they wouldn't market the other versions(menthol, sensitive, etc..) in some other countries?
Also here in the UK, Wilkinson Sword brand is in mens grooming sector and some of their products are widely available at majority of shops like shaving soap in bowl, shaving brush so on.. but their aftershave splashes and their shaving soap stick is not!! why? These are universal brands and what makes them to decide not to market certain products in certain countries, if it was something continental then yes I can understand to a certain degree but this strange marketing strategy takes place in the EU countries.

I can understand that, and I can understand why we can't buy Proraso or Lea shaving products because they are national brands and as an example; same vehicle is Vauxhall in the UK and Opel in rest of Europe but Wilkinson stick would be a serious competitor to Palmolive stickMarket forces at work I guess. It applies to many other things not just shaving goods. I imagine there are forum users in Italy who are angry and sad they aren't able to buy Richmond sausages in Italy.

I've had a quick look on E Bay, it's mainly from India so the price reflects the "free postage". Maybe a trip across London to Hounslow is called for. There's also another Palmolive..shave cream.... Refreshing Lemon.Made for the Indian Market as far as I know. You can get it on Flea bay and in some local Indian grocery stores in the UK.
I used them and the performance was disappointingWhile hunting around Indian suppliers on E Bay I found this.
"Smell like a Man", last night's curry and stale beer?
There are three variations
Original
Musk
and Fresh Lime.
