Page view on Android

I'm regularly getting this view on my Android:

When I refresh the page it goes back to full screen.
It only appears to happen on TSR.
Anybody else seen this, or know why?

It could be that it's set to "Desktop view" in settings ?

Definitely not 'Desktop view', but I assume it is something local to TSR
