I would guess 1940's, as far as I know all Leresche product catalogues from the 30's and earlier only show straight razors.

I decided, as a newbie to all this stuff, that I should try a cream as well as soap, so just taken advantage of OSPs 30% discount to get a tub of their Fougere cream.
