It´s really hard to see in these pics... either it has a heavy hone wear (bad) or it has been honed funny and have light hone wear (prob. not so bad). The stabiliser looks rather intact, which should indicate that it has not been honed to oblivion. But it´s tricky with cut throats - blade can be warped or have bad metal and therefor hard to get an edge on. Looks like silver (stainless) steel to me, which means it´s prob. a little harder to hone, but the edge stays sharp longer. All speculation, better shots or a comment from Neil prob. will shed more light on this one ...

Yep, looks like heavy hone wear to me too. Looking like that one would suspect that it has lost quite a bit of width, but as Mikael says the stabiliser is untouched so perhaps it is just the lighting.
