I saw them trailing this in their pre-Black Friday email. It does look like a Mamba, I hope they wouldn't do a straight clone and it'll shave a bit differently

Yeah, even the machining marks on the underside of the top cap are basically the same as on the dscosmetic T7 I used to have, although Maggards have apparently requested a smooth top cap.
Not that it had any bearing on the shave, which was basically the same as with the Mamba 70.

Still, it's a little disappointing they hadn't gone for a new design, or at least something more different from the original.
