I posted the photos of the razor on some social media platform just to see what kind of reactions I would get.

Something very, very exciting arrived in the mail today...
Tom, it's gorgeous.
First impressions:
"I can't believe this is a pre-production prototype!"
"Shiny, smooth, amazing detailed craftmanship"
There's a chance some users may feel that the handle is a bit on the short end but to me longer handles are a mostly relatively new fascination (with some exceptions like the Gillette Big Boy, etc) and I think the size goes extremely well with the retro-throw-back look of this gorgeous razor.
Just for a sense of scale and comparison - here's the B-V3 next to the vintage Schick Type F.
I never thought I'd say this...but here's an injector razor that looks better than the F....
Bunny in a box. Not sure if that counts as gruesome. It wants to be liberated.Trying to track down a potential issue with the Tinypic image server.
Does anyone see a gruesome photo (3rd above) - or do you see a razor in a box?
Note: It SHOULD be a razor in a box but if you see an incorrect (not mine!) rather gruesome image please let me know so that I can see if I can delete/fix it.

That's why I host all images in a public Dropbox folder. I have more control. I can even edit or change the image without needing to edit the link in the post.Phew. There was a chance that the Tinypic link was messed up and pointed to some other, not mine, rather horrid image.

No worries. It's a good thing if I can help not to see pictures of bunnies run over by a car at the roadsideThat's actually a good idea. Might set something like that up in the near future.

A little side note. This was the very first time using any injector. I advised him to use the MILD he chose the NOTSO.
