Over a decade ago an Arborist friend gave me a slab cut from an Elm stump (I'm not sure which of the two is mine). It was destined to become a stock for an air rifle.
This handle is from the leftover wood. Just a basic trial handle with an APshave's Cashmere 24mm knot.
Lovely! You caught the grain well with the turning, and that's the joy of a natural material. Shape is apt for the knot - modern, clean and simple. Classy!
