Some serious stuff - I'm not entirely sure that I need to know that my only offspring is spending nights sleeping on a (relatively) small ledge whilst roped to a rockface.
 
Looks like a great trip! I've been to Yosemite, and Half Dome is quite a sight, especially seeing all the climbers overnighting it half way up :shock:
 
Am now extremely jealous, why is it that the older we get the more restrictions we have put on you to just say F**k it and go do these sorts of things... :evil:

Oh yeah, kids , mortgage , private pension plans :x , .

Cant remember how long ago it was know when i last rode a rapid, climbed a stupidly high vertical lump of rock before roping back down, pot holed or skied off piste.

I'll get me pipe and slippers.
