More water?

I have recently been leaving more water in my brush before lathering in a bowl. This has followed a lengthy spell of face lathering. I paint the lather on, do some minimal scrubbing then smooth over to finish. The combination of using more water and varying my lathering application has produced great results. It's good to change things from time to time.

Yes I've tried that and it takes less time to create a great lather. I also recently tried putting a bit of water in the bowl at the start and that works well too.

I've decided to only bowl lather on weekends or when I have time on my hands. Face lathering is simply too convenient.
