I've got to ask. Why did you eat it?As a two week newb, I love MWF. I bought Taylors of Old Bond street Sandalwood as my first shaving cream and hated it. It smells awful, it tastes VILE and left my skin irritated. I bought the MWF on a gamble and it's brilliant! Smells lovely, doesn't taste of anything and leaves my skin feeling smooth and hydrated before I even use my Korres after shave balm. Brilliant!
Because he was hungry for a MWF Jelly DoughnutI've got to ask. Why did you eat it?

Any small size Tupperware-type dish. Available from any pound store, surely. Or the advice of @pjgh above; adapt and overcome.The £12.15 for a ceramic bowl always puts me off, and I dont have anything to put a refill in!
